Returns & Refunds

Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Policy (30 Days)

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in a new and resellable condition, meaning:

  • It has not been washed
  • It has no odor (perfume, detergent, etc.)
  • It shows no signs of use (hair, marks, creases, etc.)
  • It has all original tags attached
  • It is returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Any items sent back without prior approval may be refused.

Return Inspection

All returned items are carefully inspected.

If an item shows signs of use beyond what is strictly necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and appearance, or if it is deemed not suitable for resale, a partial refund or refusal may be applied.

In such cases, you will be notified by email.

The item may be returned to you upon request. Associated shipping costs may be your responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Within 10 business days

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Items must be returned in their original condition and must not show signs of use beyond what is strictly necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and appearance.
